In this release, Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre moves from preserving Tradition to rebuilding Catholic life around it. Chapter 18 follows the growth of priories, chapels, schools, seminaries, retreat houses, and religious communities across Europe and beyond. At the same time, he continues his dialogue with Rome, firmly rejecting both liberal compromise on one side and sedevacantism on the other. Through internal crises, growing opposition, and an expanding worldwide apostolate, his guiding conviction remains the same: preserve the Mass, form holy priests, strengthen Catholic families, and establish places where the Faith can survive and grow. What began at Ecône is now becoming an international work.

Although the traditional Latin Mass is the most visible and public expression of the work of the Society, we are committed to defending Catholic Tradition in its entirety: all of Catholic doctrine and morals as the Church has always defended them. What people need is the Catholic Faith, without compromise, with all the truth and beauty which accompanies it.
